Hello! You've somehow or another stumbled across my music webpage. You may either know me by name (Hunter Van Brocklin) or by the alias "Damian" that I tag my music with and go by on the internet. At any rate, I write music in my spare time, which is usually largely influenced by video game music. Enjoy it, send feedback, and check back for new stuff.

For those of you who have arrived here in the very distant past, this site no longer updates the various other things that were previously posted (stories, reviews, etc). I no longer create MIDI files, just MP3s.

(Formerly this web page was found at huntinia.freedomsnet.net but I had to move it.)

New additions:

October 4 2009:
An Exploration of Lost Potential - More post-rock that pretty much varies a similar theme and progression. Very nostalgic and wistful but hopeful and optimistic at the same time.

September 12 2009:
No new music but I rearranged stuff on the music page and I'm contemplating redesigning the whole layout.

September 5 2009:
Sleeping Giants - Another (rather lengthy; 7:29) post-rock song that turned out extraordinarily well too. Very progressive and changes mood a lot.

August 12 2009:
The Last Few Months of Our Lives - I tried to write a post-rock song and I think it turned out very, very well. Thanks to Tom Scott for recording some great tremolo picked guitar parts! Also, there's a reference to Requiem for a Dream's soundtrack that hopefully Clint Mansell does not hate me for.

July 24 2009:
Mists - First attempt at ambient music. Turned out great! Piano part at the end is an allusion to "stella" by Kashiwa Daisuke.

July 6 2009:
Another update for the Touhou spinoff game soundtrack I was commandeered to work on. I'll keep them in their own section on the music page.
Battle 1 (Spring Lane - Colorful Path / Oriental Dark Flight)
